Progressive Technical Standards
We believe that our people make the difference and play an essential role in distinguishing ADI-Burtek as a leader in the industries we serve. Established in 2005, backed by industry manufacturers and controlled by industry trained professionals, the PTSO program has consistently educated, trained and prepared staff and customers for real world applications. As new technologies are emerging, they are integrated with the program to ensure that our customers are provided with the most accurate and up to date information.
At ADI-Burtek, we believe that customer support is everything.
To accommodate our customers, we offer the following services:
- Maintain three repair service departments supporting all of Canada
- Design and develop leading edge technologies to support evolving industry demands
- Provide online and in-house training resources
- Maintain a proactive role in the security industry by affiliations and involvement with SIA, CANASA, ASIS and other organizations as
they develop
- Employ highly trained design/repair and technical support
personnel including:
- Minimum three Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers (MSCE)
- Minimum three Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCP)
- Minimum five Certified Electronics Technicians
- Minimum one Electronics Engineer
- Minimum one Audio Technician
- Minimum five Product Specialists for each core product area
